Technician stats, month to date
The reports normally arrive on their own. Drop files here only to fill a missed day; they go through the same day-matching as the automatic feed.
tcc_by_tech_…csv): inspections, video, video viewed, photos, ASR rate, ASR close, ASR $, ROs, and the shop TOTAL row.tcc_by_ro_…csv): sent to customer.Rows add up per tech, so a line-by-line export works. Use either one op code type column, or separate hours columns per type. With a date column, days missed = shop days with no flagged hours, and "stats are through" is set to the last date in the file.
When this is on, the board sets its own expectations from the shop's best month-to-date averages: the shop's best figure for each stat becomes the green line, 15% under it is the red line, and the bar tops out 15% above it. Every time the shop beats its best, the line moves up and stays there — it never moves down.
Untick anything you don't want on the cards and box score. Overall rating and strengths/opportunities only use the ticked stats.
"Gravy work" = the share of a tech's flagged hours on routine maintenance. It comes from the op code on each line of the CDK flagged-hours file. List the op codes (or prefixes) that count, comma separated — a code counts if it equals or starts with one of these.
Drag each bar to set that technician's monthly goal. The bars share the shop goal (Month tab): you can't drag one past what's left, so to give someone more, lower another tech or raise the shop goal. Techs with no goal set get an even share of what's unassigned.
Tick "On board" for the technicians you want on the TV; unticked ones (placeholders like #999 or #MULT, or advisors) stay in the roster but off the board. A tech's goal left blank = shop goal split evenly across the roster. "TCC name" fills in on its own after an import; fix it if a name matched the wrong person. Percentages are 0–100.
